Wedding Breakfast Menu Options

We have a number of food choices for you to select from for your wedding breakfast, simply choose one from each course. We are happy to cater for any dietary requirements and vegetarian options are available upon request.

Starters
Tricolour of fanned melon served with tropical fruit and fruit coulis
King prawns on skewers served on a bed of rocket salad
Smoked chicken salad
Vegetable soup served with cheese and onion sippetts
Sliced beef tomato and fanned avocado salad, topped with mozzarella and fresh basil dressing

Mains
Supreme of chicken topped with ham and mozzarella, served with a chicken jus
Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, served with a red wine jus
Roast leg of lamb served with garlic and rosemary
Salmon encroute served with mushroom and herb sauce
All main courses are served with either mashed, roast, new or dauphinoise potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables

Desserts
Tarte au citron with crème fraiche and fresh raspberries
Traditional fruit crumble with vanilla ice cream
Cream-filled profiteroles layered with a warm dark chocolate sauce
Meringue nest filled with fresh berries and a fresh fruit cream
Applie pie served with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream

Coffee and Mints

Unfortunately we cannot allow external catering, and we cannot provide kosher food.
